STRENGTHEN AND LENGTHEN WITH AERIAL BARRE CLASSES

This class is inspired by ballet barre fitness. Aerapy Method uses silks instead of a traditional barre, which helps target muscles and tone the whole body. You do not have to be a ballerina or have a dance background to benefit from this class.

*STUDENTS NEW TO AERAPY METHOD MUST ALREADY HAVE ONE OR MORE LIFT OFF (LEVEL ONE) CLASSES BEFORE SIGNING UP.


Lift Off - Level 2

AERAPY AERIAL INTERMEDIATE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

This class follows the safety practices and flow of Antigravity Fitness by Christopher Harrison. Lift Off Level Two spends less time on demonstrations and keeps a steady flow of similar poses with variations to sequences for a deeper challenge.
