Lift Off - Level 1

INTRO TO AERAPY BASICS

When you’re ready to try Aerapy, this will be where you start. This class follows the safety practices and flow of AntiGravity Fitness by Christopher Harrison. It provides step by step introduction to inversions and how to get in and out of basic poses.

Classes M-F 12:30pm, 2pm

Touch Down

A RESTORATIVE AERIAL WITH LOW SILKS

This class is perfect way to get grounded and soften tension in the whole body. Stretch and lengthen muscles as you gain traction of the spine and increase mobility in your joints. The hammock is set low for ease and comfort; it’s part work out and part therapeutic massage.

Airborne

A GENTLE AERIAL FLOW WITH YOGA ASANAS

You don’t have to be a seasoned yogi to enjoy stretching while suspended in the silks. We demonstrate everything so it’s easy to follow along.

*STUDENTS MUST ALREADY HAVE ONE OR MORE LIFT OFF (LEVEL ONE) CLASSES BEFORE SIGNING UP.
